It's that time of year again - Halloween Fun! Come join us for our annual extravaganza. The event is designed especially for young children and families, so come enjoy games, treats, fresh cider, hayrides and not-so-spooky farm animals. Click on the goat for more information and details!

Due to interest, we will be offering Mornings on the Farm this Monday and Tuesday. If you plan on attending please contact the Farm Office (413-625-9503).

Despite all the terrible destruction and damage created by the recent hurricane, we are happy to report that the farm suffered minimal damage. While the roads above and below us flooded quite badly, an improvised dam at the top of our driveway enabled us to avoid some major erosion in our driveway.

Hard and fast work by our local farmers has repaired both washouts, and the farm is now accessible from all roads.

Come and join us for the annual Red Gate Farm Supporter's Dinner on Saturday, September 10th. We are celebrating the 10th anniversary of the farm, and hope you will join us for this special evening.

Summer BBQ tonight! 5:30pm - 8pm with delicious food for all. Come for the fun, food and friends. Free for all - bring your family and friends. There will be vegetarian fare as well as the usual grill food. Suggested donation of $20 per family.

New day programs have been added to the week of August 8 - 11th. For ages 7 - 15, each day has its own theme and adventure. Whether you are clambering up a stream to find its source, learning carpentry as you build a gate, or running around playing some great games - you are sure to have a fun time.

There will be Mornings on the Farm tomorrow (Monday, March 7th). This is the rain date for last week, and it might be raining! So bring your boots! We'll be tromping outside to visit the animals as well as hanging a couple of buckets for maple sugar tree sap. Hope to see you soon!
