    How do I register?
The first step is to contact Jennifer Bennett at the Farm Office (413-625-9503) or you can also email Jennifer@redgatefarm.org. We will place you on the registration list and also inform you if there is a current waiting list for the program.

The next step is to complete the registration packet and return it with full payment to the Farm Office by the registration deadline.

Since registration is based on a first-come first-serve process, your first contact is important. With that contact we will hold your place until the registration deadline.

    What is your refund policy?
Payments for enrolled students are generally non-refundable. Exceptions are made for medical emergencies or similar circumstances. Our tight budgets, planning and teacher contracts do not make it possible to offer pro-rated refunds or similar partial payments. Registration payments will be returned to those families on a waiting list.

Are there waiting lists for each program? How do they work?
Class size is limited for each program in order to offer a high-quality experience for all our students. Due to this limitation, we have had waiting lists in the past, but it varies from session to session.

Currently enrolled students and their siblings are given preference for each registration period. Additional slots that are available at the registration deadline are awarded to the families who have signed up on the registration list, and sent in payment and completed registration packet. If there are no remaining spaces in the program, then we will place all additional registrations on a waiting list.

Any cancellations or changes in our enrollment will result in the Farm Director going down the waiting list in order to provide families a chance to enroll in the program (this may happen at the beginning or middle of the session). The waiting list carries over to each enrollment period for any available spaces. Families who are unable or choose not to take a registration opportunity are removed from the waiting list. Registration payments will be returned to those families on a waiting list.

My child is a mature 9 years old but his 10 year old friend is in the program - can he join too?
Generally no. We have a policy that each child must be of the appropriate age at the time of enrollment (the first day of class). Our age brackets are chosen carefully and teachers are well prepared to work with children of a wide variety of developmental skills - but most importantly we want to be sure to have a clear and understandable policy that is fair to all students and families.

For more information and registration packets, please contact the Farm Office (413-625-9503) or email Jennifer Bennett.
