2010 February Vacation at Red Gate Farm

Winter is always a special time at the farm. Whether exploring animal tracks in the snow, feeding hay to hungry sheep or warming up inside in a cozy circle to listen to a story after lunch - there is always lots of fun at Red Gate Farm.

The first step to register is to call the Farm Office (413-625-9503) to enroll your child. Registration materials must then be filled out and submitted with the registration fee by Monday, February 8th. NEW!: registration deadlines have been extended to Friday, February 12th.

Sprouts Vacation Days
for children ages 4 - 6
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, Feb. 16th - 18th
Young children are invited to explore and discover the wonders of the farm in winter. We will be feeding the animals, making fiber crafts, going on a short hike and investigating our natural world. Come join us for one, two or three days of fun-filled adventures on the farm.

Winter Farm Fun
for children ages 7 - 10
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, Feb. 16th - 18th
Come join us for this special winter vacation program. Help us care for the animals, go snowshoeing, and play some great games. Of course, sledding will be a great part of our days! Each day will be unique, so come for one day, or all three. We will also be practicing fire building in preparation for ?Fire and Ice!?.
9:00am - 3:00pm

$45 per day for members / $55 for non-members
