Winter Farm Work

Work on the farm continues on through the winter. It’s not nearly as much fun without gaggles of enthusiastic students giving us a hand, but we persevere nonetheless! This week, farmer educators Zoe and Allen have been doing some early preparation for our sugaring season: repairing sugaring lines, clearing downed trees, and moving wood for the boiler.
